Ventspils Airport Services

At present Ventspils Airport specializes in general aviation flight services. Technical parameters of the aerodrome allow accepting aircraft with a maximum take-off weight up to 30 tones.

Flight services

Working hours:

April 1 – October 31 – aerodrome is open every day from 09:00 to 21:00 (Local time). Flights are accepted only by one hour prior notice before the scheduled flight / use of aerodrome.

The flight application can be made by calling +37127882212 or +37163624262 and by sending an e-mail to [email protected].

Application for a flight outside working hours must be sent 3 hours before the planned flight and must be submitted to aerodrome administration during working hours.

November 1 – March 31 – Aerodrome opens only On request (3HR PPR).

Application for a flight must be sent 3 hours before the planned flight and must be submitted to aerodrome administration from 08:00 to 16:50 local time, on weekdays (from Monday to Friday).

Flights are accepted also on weekends and holidays, but must be previously approved by airport administration.

Services available in the Airport:

• Fuel JET A-1. Provided by Baltimar VT, Ltd.
• Ramp service: We provide luggage transfer to and from the aircraft and connection to the GPU (28v / 1000A, 115V / 400Hz).
• Aircraft security: Security is provided by a certified security company (upon request).
• Meteorological information provision (ATIS).
• Customs: on request.
• Border Guards: on request.
• Hotel reservations: upon request, we can make hotel reservations.
• Taxi services: upon request, we can order a taxi to the airport.
